After a nearly two-decade long career in international logistics and Customs brokerage that included national and global travel and speaking opportunities and education, I founded Position : Global, a firm committed to the marketing and communications needs of companies throughout the logistics industry. We create content like websites, newsletters, blog posts and print and digital collateral as well as marketing plans, video and audio advertisements and podcasts and place ads and provide public relations and live-event services to a variety of global companies and organizations.Prior to founding Position : Global, I worked for The Camelot Company which was founded by my father in January, 1977. After attending Northwestern University and getting degrees in both Political Science and German studies, I joined the firm full-time after graduation in June, 1993. I hold a US Customs brokers license and served as the IAC Security Coordinator and FMC Qualifying Individual.
