Managed NSW Central West Farm Water Supplies Unit including the Cap & Pipe the Bores Program (C&PTB). Consulted with customers, government agencies and contractors to plan, design, construct and commission large pressurised water supply schemes and replace or refurbish the headworks of artesian (free-flowing) bores.

Senior member of the Water Use Efficiency team known as Water for Profit managing 3 research assistants. Strategic planning for the program direction, target setting, determined water delivery and irrigation application requirements, customer service and education, relationships with key stakeholders, customer driven trials, glossy publications of results, preparation of media articles, “selling” efficiency concepts and demonstration of milestone achievement.
