Loudy Office Machines is a Sharp copier/printer/scanner dealer and a reseller of Intact SMART document management software from InfoDynamics. My role in the company is Sales, Service and Customer Support/Training. I demo the technology side of our products, give service to customers as needed, and do software installations and training to the users. I also maintain the Loudy computer network and website.

Cinram is a manufacturing facility of CD's, DVD's, VHS and cassette tapes. I was the Maintenance Supervisor in the Cassette department where I supervised 15 employees and would oversee all equipment maintenance and repair. Responsible for creating a parts inventory system for the department and developing a preventive maintenance program for all equipment. Developed and wrote all ISO 9002 technical documentation for my department and ensured employees were trained and followed published procedures.
