I worked with an enterprise-level transportation technology company leading program management to address company-wide technology risk remediation. I facilitated 21 projects across 7 businesses and 90+ stakeholders. This included executing over 23 statements of work which brought on over 44 new contractors in a matter of months. Budget variance was kept under 7.5% while meeting all project scope goals.
