Life Groups help us to accomplish this.Since we began in January of 2012 we now have close to 50 people participating, 5 small groups across the community, began services at Dutchman Creek Middle School our target area, and successful outreach events to the community.

Responsibilities include: public speaking, small group coordination, vision and direction of the ministries, recruit and train all volunteers and staff in my area, budgeting, fundraising, and attend to the needs of those under my care. Including counseling with families, life coaching, and spiritual direction. I was also responsible for the oversight of major events held on campus including planning, advertisement, and coordination of all details of the event. I also networked with local schools and other non profit agencies such as FCA and Young Life.Accomplishments:-Began new sports program for Rock Hill – Impact Sports that served for over 6 years involving more than 800 families.-Outreach events reaching out to 2000 people at one event.

I took care of all technology needs of my ministry area: website, sound, lighting, etc. I also did various work in planning and coordinating sound, lighting, video editing, script writing, and drama productions to support sermon series and productions. -Grew student ministry from 50 students to over 125 in 3 years. I was also responsible for the launch of a new student center, recruited over 200 volunteers, and began programs to reach out to over 3000 students. - I helped grow and prepare the church for the need of hiring a children's minister through the introduction and growth of various children's ministry programs.

Accomplishments: -I helped turn around a struggling group of about 5 students with many internal problems and introduced new ministry approaches and grew the group to about 50 students.
