Managed a Study Abroad program for up to 20 North American college and university students per semester in Harare. Handled logistics for the program, developed curriculum, taught courses, and arranged field-based learning seminars, field trips, and home stays for the students. Handled budgets resulting in surpluses, and supervised 6 FTEs.

Assessed project planning and policy implications of introducing solar powered water supply to remote rural communities. Employed participatory-action research to evaluate conducive conditions of and designed training strategies to support successful adoption and replication in bi-lateral aid supported global program.
