I've spent the greater portion of my working life around people, whether with them, hiring them, sourcing them or leading them. Within that, too, I see that the human side of business is its greatest asset. Whether it be how they engage directly with their employees, or how they hire them or just in the simple day-to-day, I see that the human side of the world of work is an oft-forgotten, but vitally important side to show.I like to put myself out there in the name of improving how we relate as humans in the workplace.
