Responsibilities - Consultancy services for the University digital channels, including:- Digital product owner of mobile applications (both iOS and Android), including engagement with business stakeholders and senior management, A/B testing, using analytics and customer insights to drive a feature roadmap, Epic to User story breakdown. Prioritization of product backlog for feature set enhancements via Kanban/Agile methodology. - Project management of University mobile application initiative, implemented via PaaS and resulting in over 15,000 downloads in first 3 months of availability. Mobile initiatives resulting in a Microsoft ICT Innovation award in 2012.- Vendor management for PaaS providers, including coordination of new releases and monitoring performance against SLAs.- Refinement of digital strategy to ensure targeted business objectives were measurable.- Enhancing analytics capability to support real-time performance measurement, enabling the University to understand cause/effect and adjust its content management system activity.- Development of performance scorecards for all key audience groups to enable key insights and trending to be presented to senior management, such as cross platform conversion rates, mobile application feature set usage and content performance. - Delivering quarterly digital analytics community forums including collaborative classroom based sessions to drive wider adoption of digital analytics across the organisation.Related technologies/methodologies - Blackboard Mobile PaaS, Google Analytics, Confluence/Atlassian – Jira, Confluence/Atlassian – Wiki, Balsamiq, Jahia CMS, Web service integration, Urchin, Wormly, Compuware, Hyperion, Trello, Kanban/Agile, Chalkboard,Social Media analytics (Youtube, Facebook, iTunesU, Twitter), RightNow knowledgebase, SaaS
