• Assist in the development and implementation of field crew logistical and managerial protocols including scheduling, quality adherence, travel expense guidelines, cycle time adherence, and performance assessment • Recruiting and procuring employee resources as necessary to meet client and company expectations • Lead field crew training activities regarding technical, safety, and company policy procedures • Daily oversight of multiple field crews, including technical data collection, schedule, pacing, and equipment usage in accordance with company guidelines and policies • Serve as a technical resource for field crews; responding to inspector queries, issues, concerns • Assist in the development of departmental positional expectations that define employee career objectives • As workload dictates, perform various above and below grade field inspection services including but not limited to TIA Inspection Reports, Tower Mappings, Mount Mappings, Foundation Mappings, Post Construction/Modification Inspections • Review/compile department deliverables, including but not limited to TIA Inspection Reports, Tower Mappings, Mount Mappings, Foundation Mappings, Post Construction/Modification Inspections • Proactively track field work completion status, taking action as schedule expectations dictate • Track field crew performance per company expectations, addressing and escalating issues as required • Maintain, enforce and promote company safety guidelines • Working with colleagues, including personnel from various technical disciplines, to properly distribute field personnel and equipment assets to meet client scheduling demands and complete turnkey engineering projects • Assist with client management and maintenance

-Supervise daily operations of Division personnel to include Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Estimators and any support staff as may be assigned to the Division.-Manage all aspects of the Division P&L, to include Division overhead, vehicle fleet, construction project budgets and timelines, etc.-Oversee the completion of daily construction reports compiled and shared with relevant stakeholders, including weekly forecasting for all projects within the Division.-Assist Project Managers in resolving customer concerns quickly and efficiently.-Instruct and oversee construction and inspection personnel and activities onsite for specialized/training projects.-Make certain all projects meet the schedule, company quality standards, and standard operating procedures. -Ensure Division complies with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.-Select, hire, and instruct employees and subcontractors.-Understand current status of all projects at any point in time.-Prepare and deliver final product to client in an accurate and timely manner.
