CurrentIntroduce and promote the Knowledge Base Article (KBA) authoring and review process to SMEs and cross-functional teams.Create, edit, and publish KBAs.Report on publication and use of KBAs across the enterprise.Write, edit, categorize, organize, and publish internal documentation through multiple channels, establishing and applying appropriate templates and styles.Develop and implement departmental document templates, styles, and approval paths.Coordinate multi-level management review and approval of policies, standards, and other documentation.Create, edit, organize, and publish documentation, newsletters, and management communications on departmental and team-focused intranet sites.Provide expertise in audio, video, photo, and graphic production, as needed.
