Directed 5 teams in different offices to complete on average 100 constituent response letters a week, cut processing time by 35% and maintained consistent results.Proposed and implemented tracking system for Senator’s personal correspondence. 2010-2012; researched, coordinated writing, approval through management and timely mailing of over 2,100 letters.
