Matters on Tomorrow is a venture philanthropy organization which partners with entrepreneurs to solve common, but significant hurdles to nonprofits such as administrative paperwork, legal considerations, and financial accountability. Since beginning, MOT and our associated organizations have invested over $7.9 million through social enterprises in the communities we serve across Nebraska, Haiti, and Rwanda. Matters On Tomorrow operates in 4 main areas: 1. Incubator –Working from the basics, we provide non-profits with the legal, financial and operational seed assistance to get their organization going and launched in the real world. 2. Partner – Motivated by scalability, we partner with philanthropic peer organizations to provide structure by functionalizing roles, guiding growth and preparing for big impact. 3. Subsidiary – For organizations that need an umbrella to work under, we provide direct fiscal sponsorship allowing them to operate under our 501c3, with access to our legal, financial, and operations leads. 4. Venture – For teams on the cusp of a breakthrough and who need an injection of milestone-triggered grant capital or strategic consulting to get on an exponential growth curve.
