Experienced educator turned instructional coach. My passion involves helping others succeed by sharing resources, research, and observations. I love working in education because it provides opportunities to affect change in others' lives.As an instructional coach, this new role is a dream come true. I have the distinct honor of helping teachers grow in their craft. This new challenge allows me to take the skills that I have acquired to help others shine. I may not have all the answers but the search for solutions is part of the fun. I enjoy learning new things and passing it on. Personally, I love the Lord and my family.
