First product person on the leadership team. Reorganised company from functional silos to a product focused cross functional agile squad structure with weekly sprint cadence. Set up and managed a team of four product owners.

I was selected as one of the inaugural Ford-Mozilla fellows: An internationally competitive fellowship designed to bring together emerging technology leaders with civil society organizations. I used my fellowship to advocate for an open Internet that acts as an enabler of entrepreneurship & free speech and for surveillance reform that protects encryption and ensures intelligence agencies are fully under democratic control.● Worked alongside CDT's Internet Architecture, EU, Surveillance and Free Expression teams to advocate for policy outcomes that protect online civil liberties and keep the Internet open,innovative and free.● Engaged with parliaments and governments in London, Brussels and Washington on Net Neutrality, Surveillance, Encryption, copyright, online Censorship, privacy &data localisation.● Tracked the progress of the UK Investigatory Powers bill through Parliament and madewritten submissions to parliamentary committees.● Made a detailed submission to BEREC suggesting ways to improve the implementation ofthe EU telecoms single market regulation.

• Set up a new think tank from scratch as part of a team of three. • Conducted research and published reports that highlighted the role of entrepreneurs in creating economic growth and social well-being. • Conceptualised, developed, and launched four major campaigns. All of which gained coverage in national media outlets • Monitored proceedings of the UK Parliament and European institutions • Established contact with political advisers, civil servants, and regulators to keep them informed about our work and policy concerns. • Built several campaign websites
