I am an agile Solutions Architect with a focus on utilizing web technologies and innovation to drive revenue in digital channels, exceptional customer experiences in the digital and social space, maximizing the success of campaigns, business units, and the overall success of the organization. Currently, I serve as the Director of Business Solutions for Pegula Sports & Entertainment, an umbrella agency that services the technology, creative & marketing efforts of multiple professional sports franchises and entertainment facilities. In this role, I lead a team of systems professionals in a variety of capacities including B2B efficiencies, database marketing, analytics and consumer product development. Some of the most exciting work came through the launch of a full service business intelligence suite which included consumer products to feed data to a set of analytical tools.The position with PSE was an evolution of my time with the Buffalo Sabres which saw me hold multiple roles – Manager of Digital Media and prior to that, Website Manager. Both of these roles allowed me to work with not only the Sabres but also the Buffalo Bills (NFL), Buffalo Bandits (NLL), Rochester American (AHL), KeyBank Center, as well as the IIHF u20 Men’s World Junior Championships in 2010-11 and again in 2017-18.The development and deployment of business applications as well as business-to-consumer products has always been a passion of mine. The entire lifecycle of streamlining business process through the use of cutting-edge technology has been a focus of mine for a long time and been allowed to flourish in the past two-years as the Pegula Sports & Entertainment has grown.
