Knod is a 21st Century global learning network, a cloud based education ecosystem designed to connect academic institutions, employers, and communities with learners in the growing global middle class.

Responsible for Student Life, Student Support Services, IT, Facilities, Food Services, Safety and Security, Bookstore, Residential Living, and Athletics.Helped in the regional accreditation application and site visit process. Manage a budget of over $4 million.Created a Campus Master Plan in preparation for capital campaign.

My responsibilities included managing Academic Affairs, IT, Student Services and Facilities and overseeing campus in Reno Nevada and starting up new campus in Northern Virginia. Was also the liaison with accreditation organization (ACICS).

I owned and operated a lawn care franchise in Salt Lake City. We focused on environmental friendly lawn care.

I was the consulting services manager for the Salt Lake and Boise branches of CompuCom. I managed the teams of technology consultants.

I helped setup financial and administrative operations for Crowley Marine Services in Asuncion Paraguay and Buenos Aires Argentina.

• Managed 6 offices in a region covering 8 states, including 110 employees with sales of $4.5 million. Reported directly to CEO in Florida. The northwest region included Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Utah, Montana.
• Successfully merged 4 owner/operated franchises into corporate owned offices in the Northwest Region
• Negotiated and designed lease space for 3 training centers
• Established the human resources and financial systems for the region.

Productivity Point Int'l is a franchise computer training company. I co-owned and operated two franchises of Productivity Point. One in Salt Lake City, Utah and one in Seattle/Bellevue, Washington. I managed the training and operations of the company.

KAIZEN, Inc was a computer training and consulting company. I founded and operated the company.We provided network consulting and software training. In 1992 we purchased franchise rights to Productivity Point Int'l in Salt Lake City and became a computer training company.

I worked with 3Com, IBM, Apple, NetFrame, NeXT, Novell and Compaq. I became certified in Apple, 3Com 3Open, Netware, and GroupWise.

Responsible for all PCs in the company. Installed 11 LANs throughout the organization. Connected all 11 stores PC networks to the main frame through a gateway. Purchased and installed all software and hardware related to PC usage.
