Established a Kanban program to more effectively manage raw and WIP inventory levels in the Multi-Purpose Lighter area.

Managed plier and wrench forging lines and steel warehousing staff in Monroe, NC.Developed & implemented an inventory control and cycle count program which reduced annual steel losses by over $1M.LEAN / Kaizen leader for Monroe plant. Implemented a LEAN preventative maintenance program which increased forging effectiveness by 40%.Co-developed an equipment calibration process and database for the plant.
