I was appointed to the BOMA Ohio Board of Governors on March 21, 2012, by the BOMA Greater Cleveland Board of Trustees. BOMA Ohio monitors statewide issues concerning commercial real estate and is comprised of three Governors from each of the six local BOMA's (Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Toledo).

Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater ClevelandDevelops, and upon approval, implements the Association’s political engagement strategy with state and local elected officials, regulatory agencies and key policymakers. Builds relationships with state and local authorities and regulatory agency heads to enhance the Association’s image among members, key government officials and policymakers. Builds relationships with other key development and real estate organizations to enhance the Association’s advocacy efforts and image among their leadership. Monitors and evaluates local and state pending legislation and regulations. Determines and advises members of the legislation's impact on Association membership and develops the Association’s response. Monitors and advises members of pending legislation and regulations at the Federal level.
