Scott Filler works at The Global Fund in Geneva, Switzerland as a Senior Disease Coordinator. He specializes in the malaria section of The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria in the Strategy, Investment, and Impact Division. Scott Filler has devoted his whole life to making an impact in malaria research and studies, which started when, as a junior in college, Scott went on a trip to Kenya for a semester. While Scott was there, he was bitten by a mosquito and developed malaria which caused him to become very ill.
