Develop national sales strategy for Investigative Options, an investigative division of CNA Insurance. Recruit, train, and manage national sales staff. Promote all product lines. Identify, develop new product lines for current and potential clientele. Implement marketing campaign, develop public relations strategy, oversee targeted trade show campaign.

Develop and implement first successful nationwide surveillance division within an insurance company (CNA) SIU and branded as Investigative Options. Formulate and inact business plan, including budget, funding, sales and client development, human resources, systems creation, training, policy, licensing, fleet, equipment procurement, product packaging and rollout. Operation opened April 5, 1999, became profitable December 1999, fielding over 100 full time investigative technicians nationwide. Worked with South African insurers to customize US product to fit their needs. Grew fledgling operation into Special Investigations Division, specializing in hidden camera, CCTV placements. Performed public relations duties, including scheduling of television, radio, newspaper, magazine interviews, publicity efforts for InPhoto worldwide.

Investigated potentially fraudulent insurance claims in the property-casualty arena, especially worker's compensation and liability. Promoted fraud awareness through seminars, presentations to claims staff, insureds.Trained investigative peers in surveillance techniques, new equipment usage. Investigated damage claims stemming from Hurricane Andrew, examined commercial and residential structures for subrogation and/or potentially fraudulent claims.
