Reporting to Manager of Change Release Management, providing supervision, coordination, and communication of all software changes effecting the business. - Review RFC's for accuracy, proper documentation, test results, and necessary approvals, and progressing such throughout the release tracks as required.- Process requests for package promotions to the mulitple instances of Oracle, including development, system integration, as well as user acceptance instances in our environment.- Compile and communicate to the Oracle DBA's, requested Oracle package promotions to the various production Oracle release tracks as needed.- Lead weekly CCB meetings to clearly communicate upcoming key software changes and production application outages to the various stakeholders.

Support and administer corporate report distribution software – ASG’s DocDirect.Change control administrator in an IBM / os390 (Series Z) environment to ensure successful code deployment.Provide Scheduling Support for ZEKE Mainframe Scheduler.

Reporting to IT Director at Summit Academy Management, providing IT support to Summit Academy Schools, creating and updating IT documentation, provide mentoring.• Lead project to upgrade phone system in all of Summit Academy schools throughout Ohio.• Created proposal to present to a private Cincinnati school and lead this project for Summit Academy Management, with the intention of providing all IT support for this school.• Updated IT documentation, as related to Summit Academy Management’s Disaster Recovery Plan.

Installed, configured, and maintained monitoring software that monitored the underlying infrastructure that supports the business. Maintained all related documentation, and provided training to internal customers. Administered the automated notification software that worked in conjunction with the underlying monitoring software, and conducted training sessions to internal customers on the tool.

Administered automated job scheduling software as well as report distribution software and provided training sessions on use of reporting tool to internal customers.

Installed, implemented, and maintained CA-Unicenter for Unix on 6 HP-UX servers, and was responsible for all aspects of CA-Unicenter, including: workload, security, backups, and event and tape management.
