I believe that everyone can make a specific part of the world better. Each of us owes a responsibility to become the best version of ourselves, so that we can do the work and make that change. Change yourself, help those around you, and make the improvements that only you can make.I am especially passionate about helping public servants in Fire-fighting, Emergency Medicine, and Law Enforcement to serve more deeply, and to live more robust, fulfilling lives. I was a first-responder for 14 years; I understand the stresses of repeatedly entering life-threatening situations to help others. The fallout from that stress can damage the most valuable parts of our lives.I aim to help you make better decisions under stress - in your work, at home, and especially in times of transition.The work to change is difficult, but rewarding. I want to help you avoid some of the mistakes I’ve made and find your optimal path.
