His teaching background serves him very well in this capacity and any additional career opportunities in his future. In addition to Scott's technical and customer service skills, he was always a leader with team-building efforts and easily related to his coworkers (he was well liked by all). Scott is a genuinely good person and somebody that truly cares about his relationships both inside and outside the office, and this is something that really shines through to his customers and coworkers.
