I am an intellectual property and corporate attorney focused on providing efficient and practical services to creative and innovative businesses.I grew up in a creative and entrepreneurial world working in businesses owned by my family. My grandparents owned a chain of music instrument stores for over 40 years and my dad started his own drum store that he ran for 15 years before selling to a bigger competitor. Continuing on a musical path, I started playing in bands as a teenager and later toured the country several times. I continue to be active in the Columbus music scene playing and booking shows and serving on the Board of Directors of the Dick & Jane Project.Now, my creative and entrepreneurial background informs everything I do. I am inspired by the work being done by people that have big ideas and the energy and enthusiasm to put them into action. I work to fully understand my clients’ business and motivations and efficiently communicate the legal risks and needs that help clients move forward and grow.
