Facilitates the development and implementation of all strategic and operational plans to achieve success within the command organization. Manages a $6.9 million staff budget.

Led over 1300 personnel focused on the employment/worldwide combat readiness of 40 of the most technologically advanced F-22 fighter aircraft valued over $6.7B. Implemented all operational training and inspection plans to ensure the wing is compliant and ready to mobilize/deploy anywhere in the world to actively engage and destroy enemy air forces.

United States Air Force Europe (Usafe)

Leader for all Operational level air campaign planning efforts in support of two Combatant Commanders. Led and directed a 37 person/4 team division in production and distribution of all critical combat planning guidance. Key leader for the combat planning between the Joint Task Force Commander, Air Operations Center, and 5 military services during all wartime/training events. Orchestrated Europe’s Ballistic Missile Defense strategic planning and led a matrixed team from 4 services to establish the organizational framework of over $4B in missile defense assets.

Us European Command

Led the development, coordination, planning, and execution efforts of a 7-exercise, $14.5M Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff headquarters certification program. Guided all US and Allied participation during military training and exercises. Led a 200+ matrixed, military team responsible for the training of 2,500+ military/civilian participants annually during European Command’s largest live/simulation exercise program. Organized the Commander’s Joint Training Plan which facilitated the strategic framework for the implementation of the command’s annual training.

Luke Afb, Arizona

Commanded and led the USAF's only F-16 MANTIRN, FAC-A, and NVG training squadron and graduated over 300 students annually. Responsible for the activities of 50 officers, NCOs, Airmen, and students during the execution of a 5.5K sortie/7.2K hour annual flying hour program. Directed, led, and reviewed all Senior Officer Course, Night Systems, MANTIRN, NVG, and FAC-A syllabi revisions while ensuring all Instructor Pilot continuation training requirements were met. Additionally, maintained IP/FE/MSN CC status in all F-16 mission sets.

Luke Afb, Arizona

Directed and led operations in wing's most dynamic 170-person squadron in 7 operating locations. Provided support to 8 fighter squadrons flying 189 F-16 aircraft valued over $3.5B. Principal advisor to the 56th Operations Group Commander on operational issues. Provided leadership and functional management to wing scheduling, squadron aviation resouce managers, airfield operations, intelligence, air traffic control, weapons & training, aircrew life support, and weather. Reviewed all operating instructions tu support the wing's annual flying hour program while maintaining F-16 IP/FE/MSN CC status.

Kunsan Ab, Republic Of Korea

Directed operations for a 21-aircraft, forward-deployed, combat-ready F-16C/D fighter squadron. Led and supervised 3 flights (40 personnel) and 10 operations support staff functions. Established operational plans and policies while developing training to ensure 25 assigned and eight attached pilots maintain combat mission-ready and mission-cabable status in a variety of flying roles. Developed and executed an annual flying hour program of 4K sorties/5.6K hours in order to enforce the United Nations Armistice Agreement along the Korean Demilitarized Zone. Additionally, maintained IP/FE/MSN CC status in all F-16 combat mission sets.
