Current- Supervise a team of 3 Full-Time technicians and numerous other freelancers and all equipment in both Bank of America HQ buildings executing 60 events monthly.- Project Manage highly sensitive meetings and VIP clients, from start to finish, helping to plan and execute all of the AV needs for each event.- Operate 14 Crestron-controlled touch panels, Evertz routing system, and Biamp Canvas throughout The Pavillion; a 100,000 sqft conference space that includes a 220-seat Multi-Purpose Room, 8 Conference Rooms, and an Event Space with a 16x9 ft LED wall. - Manage the event calendar in EMS 2020 Ensuring all spaces are staffed according to the SLA, finding coverage when needed, and implementing training for all technicians. - Collaborating with the Bank's Break/Fix team in order to place tickets with vendors to come and service equipment that is in need of repair.- Works with the Technical integrators and Crestron Programmers to troubleshoot and repair any technical issues.- Working in a Control Room environment, Crestron, Evertz, Panasonic PTZ, Midas/Yamaha Audio Mixers, Lectrosonic Wireless Microphones, Grass Valley Video Production Switchers, Biamp, Cisco Codec Pro's(Webex/Zoom), and Dante.
