Site Experience Manager
Current- Develop strategic plan for team through goal-setting and yearly OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
- Create and maintain a project road map to drive site conversion and customer satisfaction
- Manage workflow and development of the team, who focus on design and buying experience improvements, design activation with our omni-channel partners, and the creation and curation of design assets through Custom Ink’s.
- Communicate with, research, and manage contracts of new vendor opportunities
- Run metrics and analyze data to guide curation efforts
- Give feedback to team members on design asset creation and projects
