The Professional Services Business Unit is a team of 800+ professionals engaged in engineering and installing telecommunications equipment for the wireless, wireline, and cable television market. In this role, I was responsible for setting business unit strategy, revenue generation, and program management. I also hired and managed a team of highly skilled technical marketing professionals responsible for approximately $160M in revenue and P&L responsibility.

The Wireless Business Unit is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of Distributed Antenna Systems to the wireless carrier market. In this role, I was responsible for strategy development, product portfolio management, market development, contract negotiations, and P&L ownership for the business.

Responsible for acquisition, divestitures, market development and investment activities for the optical components, wireless and wireline business units.

Hired and managed global sales team supporting global telecom operators and emerging carriers in Europe, Asia Pac, China and Latin America. This group was charged with selling digital and analog video distribution equipment to global cable television providers and emerging carriers.
