Managed day-to-day operation of all Precept Ministries International websites, ensuring that the functionality, navigation, content, and overall performance meet the needs of the Precept mission and vision. Developed and optimized the SEO strategy to align with analytics goals and marketing objectives. Managed and maintained the corporate CMS, debugged issues, and executed relevant content updates. Developed and tracked website metrics and user flows via Google Analytics, SalesForce and other tools and provided reports to key stakeholders on a regular basis. Created web campaigns and reports on marketing activities on a per campaign level and ad hoc basis. Conducted training sessions as needed for content managers. Created SalesForce campaigns for use in Marketing website and eStore activity tracking.

As a member of the Precept Ministries Marketing team, I plan, create and design resources for the main website, E-store, Facebook, and Twitter pages. I create optimized landing pages for marketing campaigns using HTML/CSS and Javascript. I perform routine daily maintenance of all web properties.

Led and managed the direct sales group of Peace Communications, a sister company of VPNtranet, an internet service provider located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Peace Communications provides enterprise customers a single resource for telecommunications and IT resource management. With locations in Chattanooga, Nashville, and Huntsville.I worked directly with the president of the company to develop the product offering, pricing models, sales statements and overall marketing strategy for the new company. I personally designed the Peace Communications website and marketing collateral used by the direct sales agents and agency partners. I also designed the trade show booth, sales banners and company commercial used in special promotional events including the Chattanooga Business Expo and Riverbend. When I launched ZaoMedia in March 2010, Peace Communications became my first client. I currently contract with Peace Communications to provide marketing and web design solutions their company and clients.
