This included building integrations to UPS to track shipments.Prior to that Scott spent 1.5 years helping a large health care organization with 1,900 locations in 23 states take their Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Survey Review Management, Project Management, Release Management, Resource Management and HR Contact Center applications on the ServiceNow platform to the next level.
