Online Advertising Revenue Group• Responsible for monthly revenue and expense accruals, inter-company re-classes as well as profit center allocations for US, Canada and UK business units.• Worked with financial forecasting team to help pipeline P&L projections • Responsible for integrating recent acquisitions into existing revenue and expense accrual processes while ensuring proper insight and operational reporting for internal P&L tracking.• Worked on many accrual process improvements including streamlining manual accrual entry process for accounting, automating brand specific profit center re-classes. • Worked on several major ad server/database implementation projects. Ensured that upstream business requirements did not conflict with downstream reporting and revenue policies.

Controllers Org. Online Advertising Revenue Group• Provided accurate delivery performance for AOL’s online advertising campaigns, reported revenue and invoiced campaigns.• Lead analyst for Toronto and Chicago regions as well as in charge of country wide Addesk Campaigns.• Improved and built several reporting and billing processes including the Canadian, Addesk, and GoViral reporting and billing processes.• Worked with account managers and accounting department to address any billing disputes or inconsistencies. Also significantly decreased the total time to resolution for disputes from 12 to 4 days for the Toronto region.
