Hi! 👋 I’m a recognized data expert, inclusive instructor, and published author with extensive experience developing, teaching, and managing online learning programs. I have taught in-person, online, and hybrid courses — both synchronous and asynchronous — through a variety of platforms and institutions. I have developed custom interactive learning experiences as well as exploratory data visualization tools.At the moment, I’m especially excited about enabling “self-service data,” making it easier to get your data-driven questions answered — without having to wait in line.My goal is always to spare other people headaches, reducing the friction involved in learning something new, or answering a question. For example, my first book started as a series of tutorials written after my frustration learning a new tool. I am happy to have spared many thousands of new data visualizers the same headaches I experienced!
