I try to learn from all of it.I have performed Project Management in some capacity for over 20 years now in the industries of Commercial, Hospitality, HUD, Medical, Multifamily, Residential, Retail, and Disaster Relief. These experiences have provided a well-rounded and continuous education in new construction, demolition, rebuild, reconstruction, and remodeling.I have had Contractor licenses in Louisiana and Mississippi and certifications in OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour and possess LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) USGBC (US Green Building Council) knowledge. I also have certifications in Mold Assessment and Mold Remediation. I have personal skills to motivate others, delegate tasks effectively, and provide well thought out solutions. I am a proven performer with over $100mil in projects successfully completed. I welcome responsibility and am able to communicate effectively to provide constructive feedback, speak confidently, listen attentively, and negotiate situations to benefit everyone from the laborer to the client or anyone in between.
