With almost 20 years of legal experience in the Air Force and the Department of Defense, I am a seasoned and versatile leader who can handle complex and diverse legal issues across multiple domains and levels of command. My core competencies include contracts and fiscal law, government ethics and compliance, administrative law, and national security law. As the Staff Judge Advocate (General Counsel) at the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (IMSC), I support an intermediate-level headquarters that provides installation and mission support capabilities to 83 Air Force and Space Force installations with an annual budget of approximately $10 billion. I am passionate about service and people. I enjoy bringing innovative and collaborative solutions to the legal challenges facing the organization and its stakeholders.In my current role, I lead a team of 29 attorneys and paralegals who advise the IMSC commander and staff on all legal matters affecting the center and its four subordinate centers. I leverage my skills in administrative law, government, policy, and contract law to ensure that the IMSC legal office delivers timely, accurate, and effective legal support to the center and its customers.
