I am a Founding Director at Troocoo and a senior search and selection specialist in Executive and HR. Over the past eighteen years, I have developed an extensive connection to the executive and HR community in QLD and NSW and I have undertaken many senior executive search assignments, focused on Board and C-suite appointments.I am also a Founding Director of the of Troocoo Venture Fund, which was established in 2017 to invest in a diversified portfolio of technology start-ups. The funds investment objective is to focus on scalable, capital-efficient technology start-ups where the strategy is to invest early (seed). Due to our expertise in recruitment we have a strong understanding of people so we invest in founders and leaders who are passionate, driven and motivated to solve business problems. We plan to build a large, diversified portfolio and have made four investments to date, with the goal of helping other people be successful.In January 2010, I Co-founded u&u and over the next six years built a very successful and extremely high performing business, which was recognised five years in succession (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016) by BRW as one of Australia’s top 100 fastest growing organisations. u&u was also recognised in 2015 as a finalist at the prestigious Lord Mayors Business Awards. I was originally based in the UK where I worked for global organisations such as Dun & Bradstreet, Vodafone and Xerox Corporation. I also spent four years as Global Account Director for ETT where I managed two global accounts and was responsible for managing a team with key personnel in London, New York, Paris, Düsseldorf, New Delhi and Singapore.
