Throughout my career I have successfully applied emerging and proven technologies to deliver new products and services and to achieve operational efficiency. My scope has included IT strategy, technical pre-sales, software development, product management, project management, and operations.* At Rightsline I have led the launch of Available™ which is a product used by studios like HBO to communicate to retailers what titles are available at what price. And it is a service used by retailers like Google Play and Comcast where we standardize data from global studios for more efficient digital supply chain management. Through a combination of automated and operator-reviewed steps, the platform can standardize and title match over 1,000,000 semi-structured records in under 20 minutes using a fraction of the personnel that retailers typically staffed.* At NTT DATA I led the creation of the Content Management and Ecommerce Practice, which became an award-winning global team of over 120, helping firms like Heinz, Uniqlo, and Honeywell achieve measurable improvements in KPI’s. My practice held consistently high utilization rates and gross margins. As practice lead, I developed our go-to-market strategy, partnered with the sales team on lead generation and deal close, and oversaw the execution of all projects.* In progressively more senior positions I helped The Economist’s B2B division, The EIU, through the transition from print to electronic publishing. My role initially focused on streamlining the global workflow for print and electronic publishing, reducing time to market dramatically. Later I led the launch of many of our internet- and intranet-based products, which became over 65% of the company’s revenue.* Consistent track record of managing P&L’s for top- and bottom-line growth.
