A startup company I founded where I lead a team to create a proprietary blockchain enabled biometric device that securely stores and retrieves hashed private keys on a public blockchain. We use a multi-signature scheme to encrypt and decrypt private keys using the devices capacitive touch screen and optical fingerprint sensor running on our custom PCBs. The fingerprint vein identity and pin are never transmitted outside of the device ensuring the integrity of the private keys created from the device.
