Based in Washington D.C., Scott Jarboe is a Partner with Mercer and the US Defined Benefit (DB) Segment Leader of Mercer’s Wealth Leadership Team. Scott specializes in advising clients on integrated retirement financial strategies incorporating asset and liability solutions. Scott is a thought leader in helping client teams build and execute risk management solutions with a plan sponsor cost and risk objectives in mind. He leads and participates in US initiatives relating to our DB Segment including responsibility for Mercer’s Financial Strategy Group and US DB Investment Solutions. With more than 30 years of experience with Mercer, Scott has held various leadership roles within Mercer including Baltimore/Washington Wealth business leader and South Market retirement leader. His current responsibilities include delivery of our US DB solutions across an integrated asset and liability platform including actuarial, administration, risk management and investment solutions.
