I joined the firm of Burch, Porter & Johnson in Memphis, TN in 1995 after serving for five years as a Trial Attorney in the United States Department of Justice, Tax Division, in Washington, DC. I have been a Member of the firm since 1999. My practice is presently focused on general commercial litigation, family law matters, and tax controversies. I also have a particular focus in my commercial practiceparticular in two areas of workers’ compensation: premium fraud and subrogation. In my family law practice, I represent clients in divorce litigation involving both property and custody matters.
