Most lessons that he taught me about business, I taught my team. His management style is a direct result of my strong loyalty to him and my eight year stay at BT. Finally, Scott is clear thinking and fair. He is always willing to take the time to understand all facets of the problem and consider all potential solutions. I never felt that we took action that wasn't the best decision, yet I never felt like action was delayed due to indecision. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is Scott possesses all the traits of a senior executive and was tremendously successful applying them in his role.
