Brighthouse Financial, established by MetLife, provides annuities and life insurance designed to help people meet their financial goals. I create content for all annuity and insurance products, tailoring messages to maximize effectiveness for print, digital, broadcast media, social, direct mail, and email campaigns.

• Responsible for writing and editing web content, brochures, sales kits, ads, flyers, flash video commercials and other marketing materials for insurance products including Life, Long-Term Care and Disability.
• Writer and editor for all protection product article contributions to Significance, and Leadership, the internal magazines distributed to more than 8,000 insurance agents and managers.
• Content editor for Field News, a web-based publication distributed on a weekly basis to all MetLife employees.
• Responsible for creating promotional content for MetLife’s Diverse Marketing team. Developed materials to support our efforts in diverse segments including LGBT, Asian, South Asian, and African American.

• Managing Editor for internal monthly magazine distributed to more than 16,500 home office employees and Financial Advisors in branches across the country.
• Editor for web-based, weekly e-newsletter supporting all Financial Advisors and support staff
• Responsible for writing and helping to design content for UBS Wealth Management’s Internal Internet site as well as the public website.
• Saved the firm $585,000 a year by streamlining publications and transitioning some from paper to electronic
• Responsible for producing marketing materials including capability brochures, direct mail letters, print ads, and statement inserts for UBS’s high net worth clients.
• Responsible for creating communications designed to support our Financial Advisors. These materials include FA Guides, materials for client acquisition and retention campaigns, Powerpoint presentations, telephone.

• Promoted and appointed to Prudential’s Horizon Communications Team, which was responsible for creating materials necessary for Prudential to demutualize, which is the process of becoming a public company.
• Responsible for creating appropriate customer and employee communications such as brochures, press releases, advertisements, and direct mail designed to inform and educate audience on Prudential’s efforts to go public.
• Responsible for writing and helping to design demutualization communications for Prudential’s Internet home page.

• Responsible for revising existing as well as developing new communications materials that are designed to be more customer focused.
• Created brochures, letters, direct mail pieces, and other printed marketing materials that Prudential customers or potential customers receive.
• Contributed to the design and content of the Prudential Internet site.
• Rewrote all claims letters for Prudential HealthCare to reflect the customer-focused approach, while at the same time reducing the number of letters in inventory from 1,300 to 150.

• Wrote television, radio and print ads for clients such as Centrum Vitamins; Revlon; Little Remedies Baby products; Bengal Pesticides; Melzone melatonin supplements and CARTILADE calcium supplements.
• Responsible for the development of all promotional materials such as brochures, sell sheets, newspaper ads, posters and newsletters for clients that include Centrum Vitamins; Sensodyne Toothpaste; FiberCon Laxative.

• Supervised communications team in the creation of all collateral material used to communicate Metromedia's products and services to customers, prospective customers and employees.
• Helped to create and design a complete series of product literature that resulted in a more professional look for the company.
• Supervised production of customer and employee newsletters that were distributed monthly to more than 200,000 customers as well as 1,600 employees.
