As a Senior Consultant serving in roles as a BA, PM, Process Improvement Specialist, and Test Lead I’ve had the privilege to pursue my passion of helping people improve their lives every day and help businesses achieve their goals through in-depth analysis, process optimization, leveraging technology and most importantly, teamwork!My curiosity and eagerness to continually learn and expand my skillset is why I chose to enter the world of consulting. I love working with passionate people and helping them solve complex business problems and find creative ways to enhance the work life of their employees, improve business efficiencies, or help clients better serve their customers and other stakeholders.I originally fell in love with process analysis & process improvement through my introductory course in Operations Management at the Ohio State University. After diving deeper into Operations Management program and receiving my Six Sigma Green Belt, I was fortunate enough to intern with AXIA Consulting and learn from some of the best consultants in the industry. This internship sprouted into a full-time career that has provided me with numerous opportunities to work with some exceptional teams at great clients across a variety of industries and functional business areas.Throughout my career, I’ve served clients as a Business Analyst (BA), Project Manager (PM), Process Improvement Specialist, Test Lead, QA Lead, Kaizen Facilitator, and Trainer.
