I founded Agile Austin, a non-profit educational organization dedicated to support the practices of agile software development as set forth in the Agile Manifesto. Subsequently I served as President for the first three formative years as the organization grew from nothing to over 130 members and a full complement of programs including workshops, book.

As Enterprise Agile Coach I was responsible for coaching, mentoring and training agile teams, management and leaders. During my tenure at Netspend I introduced Big Room Planning, monthly agile training seminars, and focused skills development activities for Product Owners and Scrum Masters. As Agile Practice Leader I am responsible for training, coaching and guiding Agile teams at PayPal. To this end I have trained over 700 people in basic and advanced agile concepts. Ported AutoTester for Windows to 16-bit OS/2 and then to 32-bit OS/2.Built device drivers, device monitors, and messaging hooks to record and playback keystrokes in the OS/2 Presentation Manager. Designed Help and Error Handling in the InfoWorld-award-winning MindSight, a Macintosh version of IFPS. Built the IFPS/Personal full screen editor, which grossed over one million dollars in its first three months.
