As the founder of Beyond in 1996, and the development of the American Made, custom clothing company over the next 17 years, I wore many hats. Along the way I ran the multi-million dollar company with 30-35% net profits, developed strong relationships with both vendors and customers alike, employed or contracted with hundreds of American sewers, became an expert in Lean Manufacturing practices, and designed all of the award winning products Beyond became known for. In 2012 I felt that another company could take Beyond to the next level, and I could continue doing what I truely loved; design. Sadly I was wrong. Now I am able to use my experience at Beyond to help other brands be successful in both business and product through Further Designs.
