- Coordinate across teams at the leadership level to plan releases, identify issues, and prioritize feature development.- Lead a team of manual QA engineers and beta managers- Work with automation team to maintain suite of end-to-end specs, and set direction for future automation- Oversee the monthly release of the ShopKeep Register iOS application, as well as releases for ShopKeep's web-based BackOffice reporting application- Monitor trends in new version adoption, as well as crash and error rates for ShopKeep's suite of products- Work closely with QA Engineers to build their technical skill set and drive their career growth- Develop overall QA department strategy and work with developers to build out tools that will facilitate manual and automated testing of new products

- Write and maintain RSpec-driven Ruby framework for mobile and browser automation.- Write and review test cases for regression testing and testing of new and in-development features.- Run mobile iOS automation cases using Selenium Webdriver & Appium on both real devices and the iOS simulator.- Write and execute load tests using Apache JMeter.- Validate data integrity across multiple reporting endpoints using PostgreSQL queries, curl requests, and REST client requests.- Work closely with product and engineering leads to define features and prioritize bug tickets for fixes in upcoming releases.- Coordinate with customer care and marketing teams to identify user pain points in the application and reporting backend.- Manual API testing using PostMan and automated API testing using JMeter/REST Client requests.- Performance testing of mobile applications and browser-based applications on both mobile and desktop browsers.
