Manages team in conjunction with the instructional designers, training managers, instructors, and subject matter experts to develop videos, graphics, prints, web activities, 3D simulations, and a content management system to support training for the school.

This position requires a versatile programmer that can seamlessly switch between several coding languages to accomplish required tasks. Collaborates and supports the Instructional Designer Team with creating training material for lessons. Works closely with management to develop productivity and tracking tools for instructor assignment, class scheduling and facility usage. Developed multimedia assets for soldiers in compliance with the lessons outlined for the Army learning school. Duties included creating graphic design projects such as eBooks and posters, flyers and web graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. Used HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Javascript to create interactive web apps.

Created the initial design and layout for clients websites and other branding material using Adobe’s creative suites software. Coded the site using HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript and a custom CMS. Also created animated ads using either Photoshop animation or Adobe After Effects.

My job was to put together the signs. I would also help design some signs if they were to difficult for the in house designer. I also designed all the t-shirts for the sister company Harrington's.
