• Within the Tax Credit Syndication Group, lead institutional investor relationships and coordinate the sale/syndication of private placement tax credit partnerships to investors• Exhibit strong communication and client service skills throughout the partnership closing process by quickly resolving issues and ensuring that investments meet client requirements• Demonstrate expert knowledge of investment fundamentals, real estate underwriting, tax laws, and partnership structuring

• Advised pension funds on real estate investment allocations and completed due diligence, portfolio modeling and analysis on institutional pooled funds and private real estate joint ventures• Assisted clients in bidding/obtaining annual appraisals of direct-owned real estate• Underwrote in excess of $3.5 billion of real estate and private equity investments on behalf of clients, including: retail mall properties in Mexico, mezzanine debt, global REIT securities, and buyout funds• Presented investment recommendations to pension fund staff members and Boards of Trustees

• Within the Corporate Audit group, supervised teams of 2 to 6 audit professionals and interacted with Senior Management regarding audit findings• Specialized in Investment Advisory, Trust, Mutual Fund, Brokerage, and Venture Capital audits• 2002 Corporate Excel Award Winner (National City’s top corporate honor)• Beginning in 2004, served as a financial analyst reporting to the business unit CFO with primary responsibility for Allegiant Asset Management• Conducted strategic planning, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, variance/special project analysis• Completed quarterly SEC and Federal Reserve Bank regulatory reporting, including Schedule RC-T of the FFIEC Call Report, and SEC 13-G, 13-F and 15(c) filings• Performed accounting/controller duties (including month-end close) • Coordinated division-wide Sarbanes-Oxley review and certification of key controls
