I am in charge of the workers' compensation practice at the firm, and assist in all of the practice areas offered by the firm.

I work with a great group of attorneys helping people with mostly workers' compensation injuries, but also a variety of civil cases. I get to research, investigate and work directly with clients everyday. Whether it is digging through the file for the facts or helping my boss prepare for court I find this job fun and exciting. This is a great experience and is really helping me find my way into the legal world.

Provide face-to-face, over the phone, and email communication with potential clients to discuss services and explain diagnostic testing procedures and processes for informational or sales purposes.Record various types of data, such as educational benchmark scores, into an online database, and provide executive team with pertinent reports.Train new employees and management on software and changes in office technology.Write and send weekly mass emails to client base.

Managed account inventory with minimal supervision both on-site and in a remote warehouse. Reviewed and completed state bids for submission to off-site attorneys.Provided project management for custom manufactured products from design to delivery.Reconciled all plant credits and debits, and filed all insurance claims.

Prepared marketing materials such as product specification sheets and brochures for marketing purposes/.Organized trade shows for the company including design, products used, and lodging.Served as the primary point of contact to commercial and military customers in the U.S. and around the world. Prepared customs and shipping paperwork, order entry, file management, and maintained customer history database.

With input from the director and Technical Director I helped design and lead construction on a number of theatrical productions at Carthage. My role was to teach new students play production basics, and delegate tasks to them to complete each set and after completion of a show to organize the set strike.
