Developed a novel chemical reactor in the alternative energy industry, from the first sketches to the design and construction of the 1000 gallon/day commercial system. Overcame technical challenges involving system dynamics, thermodynamics and reaction kinetics, heat and mass balances, heat and mass transfer, and fluid flow.

Operated both schools simultaneously throughout college while growing them to be the second largest operation in the Mid West. Hired, trained and managed a team of instructors. Sold the schools in 2007 but continue to be.
