I have spent most of my working career in a supervisory role. I started out when I was 20 years old as the foreman for my family’s construction business. I then moved up to owning my own business for 6 years. It was a desire to help people that lead me to the emergency medical field. After a few years at the street level my natural leadership and motivation was noticed and I was promoted into a management role. I am a highly motivated self-started that require little oversight with direct tasks. I have extensive experience with the management of managers and employees. I am a firm believer in organized systematic approach to management. I also believe in a personable approach to providing direction to employees. This method has served me well throughout my management career. I have an extensive management career in which I have multiple achievements.
